High quality truck
With reference to the German MAN product standard, the same product design, production equipment process, production consistency management, test verification, and product roll-off are simultaneously adopted.
Important components such as the engine and drive axle are all made of MAN original products, and the highly integrated modular design reduces the number of parts by 25% compared with similar engines.
Excellent performance
This C5H postal vehicle is equipped with MAN’s MC05.18-40 engine, with a maximum power output of 180 horsepower and a maximum torque of 700Nm. This engine has an extremely wide low fuel consumption zone and high torque zone, and Bosch’s high-pressure common rail system helps the vehicle achieve the lowest fuel ratio.
ZF6TS900 OD gearbox has large input torque, excellent fuel-saving performance, wide speed ratio range, small step difference, and greatly improved transmission efficiency. The MCY09 drive axle of MAN technology also has extremely high transmission efficiency and low speed ratio capability, and the service life of B10 can reach 1.5 million kilometers.
Control well
The high-performance shift control and air-assisted steering wheel adjustment make the driving operation flexible and comfortable. The chassis adopts a design with a large span and few leaf springs, and the optimized four-point suspension of the cab and the air suspension seat make driving a comfortable enjoyment.
Safety
The cab meets European standards in terms of collision tests, the steering column has the ability to absorb energy from collision deformation, and the lock hinges ensure that the doors can be opened normally after a collision, which plays a critical role in vehicle accidents.
The standard front brake, rear drum and exhaust brake reduce the number of long downhill braking, reduce brake wear and ensure driving safety. ABS is standard, ASR+EBL+TPM is optional, matched with a powerful electronic management system, providing reliable safety guarantee for drivers.
